Do you want to contribute to service and project management in southwestern Skåne?

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Service / Project Manager for our operations in southwestern Skåne. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and execution teams to ensure high delivery quality and effective project execution.

You will play an important role in maintaining and developing our service operations and project deliveries in the region, focusing on customer satisfaction, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Description

As a Service / Project Manager, you will:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on service assignments and projects from proposal to completion.
• Coordinate resources, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the right expertise is in place at the right time.
• Be responsible for timelines, quality, and finances, as well as ongoing reporting to clients and internal management.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships through proactive communication and good service.
• Lead and motivate technicians and installers in the field and be a clear point of contact for the customer.
• Ensure that workplace safety requirements and applicable regulations are adhered to in all deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience

• Electrical education at the high school level or equivalent experience in electrical work.
• Experience in project management or work management within service, electrical power, or related fields, with at least a few years of professional experience.
• Technical understanding of installation and assembly work, as well as the ability to develop practical solutions.
• Experience in budget monitoring and planning, along with good documentation and reporting structure.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Driver's license B required.
